Free Shipping on Orders Over $200 to the Following States:
- Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana, Colorado,
- Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia, Ohio, Michigan
In-Store Pickup
- Must be able to pick up your order during our office hours (10am - 4pm) Monday - Thursday.

- Please enter through our front door located off of the sidewalk.
- Ask for Mark Jr. or mention that you are picking up an order for Swanson Natural.
Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping is via FedEx and is limited to the lower continental 48 states.

Orders ship frozen and must remain frozen. Therefore orders will ship on specific days to avoid Sundays.

If for any reason we cannot fill your order for delivery, we will contact you with an estimated time to ship date.

Coupons, discounts, credits, or gift certificates do not cover shipping.
Important Shipping Information
- All shipments require a street address. Sorry, we cannot ship to a PO Box.
- All packages are authorized for release and will be left at your front door.
- Damage or spoilage due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address voids our guarantee. Please double-check shipping addresses.
Estimated Delivery Schedule
This table is based on orders placed before 2 PM CST. Any orders placed after 2 PM CST, will not be processed until the following business day. Orders received after 2 PM CST on Wednesday will not be shipped until the next Monday. Please plan accordingly and, if shipping a gift, we highly recommend informing the recipient of the expected delivery date. Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order
- You will receive an email shortly after your order ships with a tracking number. Please use this tracking code and visit FedEx.com to track your package.
- You can also log in to your account, view your order, and click "Track Your Order" for tracking information.
Our Packaging
- Swanson Natural's products are individually sealed in air tight packages.
- Products are placed inside an insulated shipping container and packaged with dry ice.
- You must wear gloves when handling dry ice, dry ice is very cold and will burn you upon contact.
- When you receive your delivery, place products in your refrigerator or freezer immediately.
- If you do not plan to use the products within 1 to 3 days after delivery, freeze products to ensure the highest quality. Each product is shipped in a freezer-ready package.
- Use all products within six months to maintain highest quality.
